Manufactured with mass casualty (MCI) situations in mind, although it can be used in everyday emergency situations as well. Strong, yet economical choice, similar to our 2009 spine board, except not foam filled. Comes with 10 pins for strapping and 21 large hand holes to make carrying easy.

The Kemp USA Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) backboard is a strong, yet economical choice. This board is manufactured with mass casualty situations (MCI) in mind, although it can be used in everyday emergency situations as well. This board comes with 10 pins for strapping and 21 large hand holes to make carrying easy. The shell of the board is heavy duty polyethylene and is x-ray translucent. Although similar to the Kemp 2009 Spine Board, this board is not recommended for water usage since it is not filled with foam.
